The Wye from the A438 The Hills Have Eyes. Hergest Ridge. Slept here 4th night. Sam Gamgee with lurchers. 34 foxes and 84 rabbits and the season barely started! Monkey puzzle trees commemorating Mrs Banks atop Hergest Ridge.
Hay on Wye Castle. Now with an honesty book shop within. The clock tower H-on-W The Seven Stars Inn, swimming pool, sauna and diabetic dog. Back on the trail over the Wye.
